fraudulently removing the broadcast ofPastor Eric Phelps, Elizabethtown KYfrom Regional Representative, Herbert Joshua Graham;Dated: << Not Dated >>Note: Since the majority of the local church at Elizabethtown, Kentucky, are standing with Pastor Eric Phelps, they continue to be considered, for all intents and legal purposes, the congregation of the Elizabethtown Church.
This letter to the local radio station overstepped the bounds of The Church of God to legally discontinue a radio broadcast that belonged to someone else. After the broadcast was not heard for a couple of weeks, Pastor Phelps contacted the radio station to ask why they had removed his broadcast. They informed him they had been told to discontinue his broadcast because he was no longer the pastor of the local church. They apologized for their error and immediately reinstated Pastor Phelp's broadcast.
