A year ago, I had injured my neck, back and left arm at work. I spent three months going to a chiropractor and physical therapist. My neck and back did get better, but the rotator cuff to my left arm never did completely get well. After spending a lot of money paying to physicians and for therapy even after my insurance paying part of the expense, I just quit going hoping that time would heal it. But here a year later it was still painful and my range of motion was limited. My husband at times would have to assist me putting my coat on because of the pain.
Saturday night in the healing line, God took care of the problem! Praise God! I prayed to God stating that some of the people at this prayer and fast conference had fasted 40 days and I believed that God honors fasting and praying, and I needed healing.
I don’t know how far I got through the line of praying ministers, but God heard our prayers, and He touched me. My old shoulder began to pop and crack with movement, and the normal range of motion returned, and after being in pain for a year the pain was gone.
Before service I couldn’t put my coat on without assistance, after church service there was absolutely no problem. That night when I laid down, I laid on that shoulder, without thinking, and then I noticed the pain was gone, I could even lay on that shoulder! When I went to work Tuesday Morning I had been accustomed to holding the steering wheel of the car with my right hand, while driving, because of the pain in my left shoulder. I now could change old habits, and I could drive fine holding the steering wheel with my left hand and using my left arm!
Praise God He still honors fasting and praying! I’m glad I was able to be at the Prayer and Fast conference in Kentucky that weekend. God had a special blessing for me!
