Dear Bro. Hazel,
Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.
It saddens my heart to write this letter. Due to your decision not to support the government and/or leadership of The Church of God and since you have made no response to the letter that I wrote to you, I can only assume that you no longer wish to continue your ministry with The Church of God. Due to the serious matter of sowing discord among the ministry and laity of The Church of God, and participating in heretical actions against Theocracy, I hereby remove you as pastor of the Willisburg church effective immediately.
Bro. Hazel, by order of the General Presbytery of The Church of God it has become necessary to revoke your Bishop license effective this day of November 14, 2005. Please send your license to the Regional Overseer immediately.
It is my earnest prayer that you will repent and make the necessary restitution and be reconciled to The Church of God and continue your walk with Christ and His Church.
