Mr. Robert Pruitt is currently under my care. Mr. Pruitt has significant Alzheimers and has been having declining cognitive function and skills since September 2005. He is not mentally competent to conduct official and administrative business or decisions.
Also since March 13, 2006, Mr. Pruitt has had recurrent strokes compromising his mental function and cognitive skills very significantly further on top of his Alzheimers Dementia.
